Meet Rachel 

Chartered Accountant, spreadsheet enthusiast (yes, really) & bulldog lover!

Hi, I'm Rachel, founder and lead accountant behind Bulldog Accounting. I couldn't do what I do without a team of supportive faces around me - but more about them later!

I love numbers.

I like to make things neat and tidy and I’m rarely happier than when I have a spreadsheet to play with, but my love for numbers is more than that.

 

I’m fascinated to see what story the numbers are telling me. They’re a really powerful way to understand your business, so you can work out how to develop it and grow. For me, there’s a real joy in helping you to understand your numbers, improve your processes and learn more about finance!

I'm good at what I do.

It’s OK to be confident, right? I qualified as a chartered accountant back in 2010 while I was working at the National Audit Office. I went on to work for the Ministry of Justice and later the non-profit sector, as Head of Financial Accounts for the Royal British Legion and then Head of Finance and HR for Hertfordshire Independent Living Service.
